One paid seat covers one monitored person, with a 10-seat minimum. Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans include two months free.
What does the free trial include?
The 14-day trial lets you connect Microsoft 365, enroll agents, configure groups, and evaluate WorkforcePilot with your own data before the first charge.
What is the Compliance plan for?
Healthcare and other regulated teams that need a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA), longer data retention, and priority support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Owners and admins can manage their subscription through Stripe. Stripe shows the timing and any prorated charge or credit when a change is made.
