Safely download, pilot, and verify the signed organization-specific agent package.

The short answer
Download the current signed installer from the authenticated organization settings, pilot it on a small set of Windows devices, and confirm each device reports to the correct organization and person.

Before installing
- Download only from the organization’s authenticated WorkforcePilot settings.
- Do not reuse an installer or enrollment material from another customer or clinic.
- Confirm the device is Windows-based and the intended employee signs in with their normal Windows account.
- Prepare the organization’s employee notice and monitoring policy before collection begins.

Pilot and verify
- 1Install on one or two internal test devices first.
- 2Allow the employee to use the computer normally for several minutes.
- 3Open Monitoring coverage and confirm the device and person begin reporting.
- 4Open the employee detail page and verify app activity, status, and screenshots according to policy.
- 5Only then expand deployment using the organization’s normal device-management process.
