Review workforce data responsibly
A manager checklist for fair, explainable, and privacy-aware review.

The short answer
Start with team trends, verify data quality and classification, review a reasonable period, and speak with the employee before reaching a conclusion. WorkforcePilot evidence supports human review; it does not replace it.
01
Manager review sequence
- 1Begin with the team and selected date range, not an isolated screenshot.
- 2Confirm coverage, identity mapping, and multi-device reconciliation are healthy.
- 3Check whether apps and sites are classified correctly for the employee’s role.
- 4Review activity, idle context, and screen evidence only to the extent your role and policy permit.
- 5Ask the employee for context about calls, meetings, patient care, training, or system problems.
- 6Document a human decision based on the full situation rather than an automated score.
02
What WorkforcePilot does not decide
- Whether an employee intended to avoid work.
- The quality or clinical value of completed work.
- Whether idle time was a break, a call, a meeting, or patient-facing work.
- Whether an employment action is lawful or appropriate.
