Choose a report date range
Know which cards follow Today or Last 30 days and how to avoid reading the wrong period.
For AdminsFor Managers
The short answer
The selected date-range control governs the report sections labeled for that range. Read each section heading and date caption; live-status cards may intentionally use a recent signal window instead of the historical report range.
01
Confirm the period before interpreting a number
- 1Check the date-range selector at the top of the organization view.
- 2Read the calendar-date caption directly below it, including the organization time zone.
- 3Look for section labels such as Today, Last 24 hours, or Last 30 days.
- 4Open the employee page and select a specific date when you need one-day detail.
02
Live and historical data are different
Live visibility answers who has a recent signal now. Historical productivity answers what was observed during the selected calendar range. A live-status window should not be read as a 30-day performance score.
