Use the Healthcare Classification Copilot
Review industry-aware classification guidance while keeping final authority with an admin.
For OwnersFor Admins
The short answer
The Healthcare Classification Copilot proposes explainable labels for apps and sites using privacy-safe context. An authorized admin reviews and applies the decision; the assistant does not silently change company rules.
01
What the copilot is for
Healthcare tools are not accurately classified by a generic list alone. A browser page, spreadsheet, payer portal, EHR, imaging system, or secure-message tool can be work related for one role and irrelevant for another.
The copilot supplies a suggested category, rationale, confidence, and review cues. The organization’s authorized admin remains the classification authority.
02
Review a suggestion safely
- 1Confirm the organization and healthcare role or workflow represented by the activity.
- 2Read the explanation and the privacy-safe evidence available in the classification view.
- 3Choose Productive, Neutral, or Unproductive based on company policy and the work purpose.
- 4Use a narrow app, domain, or title rule when a broad rule could misclassify unrelated work.
- 5Review the resulting trend rather than assuming the suggestion was correct forever.
