Find people by name, email, username, or computer and open the right level of detail.

The short answer
Use the overview search for an employee name, email, Windows username, or device name. Employee results group known devices and show which signal is most recent; open a device for device-specific history.

Search and drill down
- 1Select the organization and security group you are authorized to review.
- 2Enter part of the person’s name, email address, Windows username, or computer name.
- 3Wait for the search status to finish and choose the matching employee.
- 4Review the device list and most-recent signal before opening a computer-specific view.

Employee versus device results
The employee view is the right place for person-level totals because it reconciles that person’s devices. A device view answers a narrower question: what happened on this workstation?
